    If the courier makes multiple attempts and the customer is unavailable, the package may return to the warehouse.

    Reshipping costs are paid by the customer.

    Wrong Item Received

    If you receive the wrong design, color, or product, share clear photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

    Returns NOT accepted for:

    • Used items or items not in original condition

    • Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues

    • Clearance or final-sale products

    3. Return Window
